Montreal port embarkation

Is anyone familiar with the cruise terminal in Montreal?  We've just received our embarkation time and it is for 2:40 p.m. and we have to vacate our AirBnB by 11 a.m.  Will we be able to drop off our luggage before noon?

Thanks,   Jackie

Funny you should ask we have the same issue and our time is 3pm. We are just going to show up after we check out from our VRBO apartment at 11 am and see what happens. Read several places that they do not enforce it, and at the very least we can drop off our luggage and board later.

We embarked the Quest there on August 29th.
There were no other ships in port. Suggest you check the port schedule as that could impact your experience.
When we got to the port at our 2:30 assigned time it was empty. Embarking was a breeze. I doubt it would have been a problem if we had showed up quite early.
If you get to the port and have to drop your luggage and return, there are numerous parts of Vieux Montreal within easy walking distance, weather permitting.

According to the Montreal Port's schedule, the Quest is the only one in port tomorrow. Weatherwise, the forecast is for sun with cloudy periods in the afternoon. Yes, Old Montreal has many interesting places to visit and good restaurants for lunch.
