Is it worth buying the thermal pass for a week, we are on the Jade in October.

I loved it!

I thought it was absolutely worth it.

Plenty of room, never crowded and enough heated loungers to go around.

For my cruise in April, I got the pass and I was so excited to use it as I was hooked the first time I was on the Jade years ago.  It was not crowded which was nice.  But it was not well staffed and many lockers not working properly.  In the lounger area, no one ever filled up the flavoured water and tea.   The jacuzzi and therapy pools had luke warm water.  The cold pool was closed for a few days.   Maybe someone who has been on the Jade more recently can update if these issues have been fixed.

to me the Thermal spa on the Jade is not worth it at all, aside from the NCL Sun which doesn't have a thermal suite the one on the Jade unless is been refurbished i found it small and not too comfortable.
