islandwoman Posted September 23, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 23, 2022 Is it normal for Azamara to delay sending out confirmations for booked, but not paid for cruises? For how long? My TA says that he is having trouble getting the information he needs from Azamara so that he can issue a confirmation. Our 3 cruises are April - June, 2023, rolled over twice from a pre-pandemic booking. At this point, we don't even know how much money we owe or whether our OBC rolled over.
