Cruise Planner - Canaries November

Has anyone going to Canaries in November got any options on their cruise control?   No excursions available "Coming soon" it says and despite it saying 2 speciality restaurants' available to pre book on main screen when you click on a day you get a message saying "not yet available to book on chosen date". 

Don't know if its cos its one of first sailings of the winter season but surely Marella would have all this sorted or is it a technical issue?  When I booked my Med cruise all this available on booking

Yes, we are also on the Canaries ones in November and have had the same messages as you. Just have to keep looking.

We are on a cruise to canaries in December. Same message as both of you.

I messaged marella about it and their comment was

 

Hi, We are aware of a delay in getting these loaded however the team are working hard to make these available for you asap. ^Nicola

Thanks I messaged them too but I haven't had a reply yet.  At least they aware of it and are looking at fixing it

We are on the explorer from the 14th and as yet we cannot book any of the restaurants

Excursions now showing for me but still no restuarants

Bad news for me is there is only one Mt Teide excursion, the one with the cable car, it was the other one I was interested in.

 

The good news is during the second week 'Island Explorer' we have an overnight in Funchal and I wondered what I as a solo cruiser was going to do in the evening. Sorted, that is the 1st December and they switch on the xmas lights, just need to sort out a decent bar for a drinkie 🙂

We were on a similar cruise last November/December and the view of the lights from the ship were absolutely incredible.  We also went on an excursion to see the lights and Christmas Market, but best views were from the ship itself.
