Hydrofoil - St. Petersburg

Gracious hello!!

 

Anyone have information on the hydrofoil from Peterhoff to St. Petersburg?

 

Specifically:

 

How long did it take from boarding to disembarkation?

 

What was the condition of the craft? Smoothness of crossing (I appreciate it is weather dependent)?

 

Are there any sites near the dock in St. Petersburg that we could walk to - about how far are they?

 

Did "you" enjoy it? :)

 

Any other information??

Agree with previous poster's comments. As to condition of the craft, the hydrofoil we were on last August was nicely painted on the exterior but quite worn on the interior. The condition of the seats, etc. was similar to an old school bus. There was a restroom on board, but very, very small. Still, a nice, unique, and efficient way to move between St. P and Peterhof.
