Has anyone used this tour company in Egypt?

Good afternoon everyone, 
Has anyone used Egypt Tours Portal for any trip?  I found them online and they have been very responsive. Their overnight shore excursion from Safaga to Luxor looks like just what we want in a tour. Just curious about anyone else’s experience.

We are also looking into using this company to do a 2 day tour from Safaga which will include one day at Giza and the second day in Luxor. We will be in Safaga on the Seabourn Encore in April.

 

We would love to see the pyramids in Giza but are concerned about flight delays or cancelations and not making it back to the ship. I am pretty sure this would be our last chance to see the pyramids in Giza.

 

Has anyone done this 2 day tour?
