Amex Platinum & stockholder benefit obc question

Wanted to double check.  For those who have used these benefits and had the obc from them.  Can we apply to the daily service charge/gratuities?

I don't know what Amex Platinum OBC is, but you can definitely use stockholder OBC toward the daily onboard gratuity charge.

Any OBC on your Seapass on board account can be used to offset any account charges.

Thanks, I sailed NCL last month, and they said that non-refundable obc, I could not use for daily service charge, so wanted to check.

Not only does RCI not have such a restriction, you can even cash out non-refundable OBC via the casino slot machine.
