No Option for Deluxe Package with VOOM

We just booked a sailing on Liberty Dec 5-9th. I logged into the cruise planner and there is no option to book the deluxe drink package with Voom all in one. There is an option for the classic soda package plus Voom, but none for deluxe. Anyone else notice this for their salings? Its usually a bit cheaper than booking them separately but not by much. It is still available for my January sailing on Wonder.

I just looked at our Harmony February sailing and DBP + VOOM one device is available for $88.99 per day.   $72.99 per day for just the DBP and they claim that is buy one and get one 50% off under the current sale.

It's not available for a cruise I have book in January either but is available for my 2 cruises before that one.
