Ruby Princess "upgrade" interior C416 Any info

Hello, I received notice today that my cabin had been upgraded to C416 on Ruby Princess.  It appears to be a nice enough location, but I am concerned about the white areas on the deck plan on this deck and on the Dolphin and Emerald decks.  Does anyone know what is in these areas?

 

Has anyone had this cabin or one close?  If so, was it satisfactory?
