Just talked with a very nice man at Princess and he informed me that as long as you fill out the form online, you do not have to fax it nor bring a hard copy. You can do that on the cruise personalizer. I have seen many questions about this so I thought I would chime in.

I always print out a copy even if they say you don't need it just in case. It is only a couple of sheets of paper and a little ink.

I have mine printed also. That is because I did not know. You are right I have mine with the other paperwork i need. What is one more piece of paper. I just thought I would pass along what the fellow said.

I wish they would keep the emergency contact info from your previous cruises like they do the immigration information. They we can review it and update as necessary. :)
