Car rental companies with shuttle to airport

This has probably been asked so many times, but my searches revealed nothing.  Are there CURRENTLY any shuttles that will take you to Tampa airpot to pick up a car?  Rental companies used to do that, but may be different post-covid.  

Not familiar with Tampa as a port, so it's time for stupid questions!

Just off RCI Serenade in Tampa at the end of our cruise. There are regular shuttles going to TPA $10.00 pp. Easy to find as you exit the port terminal they have signs offering this transportation. Couldn't have been easier and it was our first time there too.
