3 day weekend cruise to Cococay. Formal night?

We'll be on the Independence of the Sea for a short 3 day cruise over a weekend.   Is there a formal/elegant night on such a short cruise?  If so, are dress slacks and a shirt enough, or will the maitre d' turn people away?  Thanks

Yes, night 2 will be a "dress to impress" night. No lobster though.

 

You won't be turned away; you could even dress more casually than that.

3 days... pack light. Shorts and tshirts. Maybe a golf shirt.
