Coco Cay Beach Club Dedicated Tram

The RC Website reported there is a dedicated tram at the Arrival area of the pier to take Beach Club pass purchasers directly to the Beach Club. On Labadee, we had to ask for the tram or take the main one.   Does anyone here have experience with this to explain the process?

There was a tram from the ship directly to the beach club in December 2021, I know because I got on it by mistake. I was on Oasis the past 2 weeks with calls at Coco Cay. There did not appear to be a tram specifically for the beach club. The island trams stopped there but no express service from the ship.

Was told that due to heavy rain storms the day prior, there was no tram service from the ship to the island.
