I purchased a social media package for my granddaughter. Can she use it in airplane mode? I wouldn’t want her mother to get a high phone bill when she gets home.

Yes, you would put it in airplane mode and then connect to the wifi. I have done it many times.

 Yes. In airplane mode always. With wifi turned on. The granddaughter must be very, very careful not to turn  turn on her phone or roam while on any part of the cruise.
