In regards to cruisetour thru royal caribbean - Looks like entire day in Fairbanks is Fairbanks city tour, river boat discovery & El Dorado Gold Mine - looking at the times for departure on all of these--how does it get done in 1 day?

We did this with Princess. We boarded our bus around 8:30 am for the Gold Mine. On the way back, we stopped at the Alaska Pipeline for a short visit, then drove through Fairbanks for the city tour before being dropped back at the lodge for lunch. Around 1:15-1:30, back on the bus to go to the Riverboat. We got back to the lodge around 5:30-6 pm.

The longest portion is the boat tour, lasting about 3 1/2 hours, either the morning or afternoon, the gold tour is 1-2 hours, and the "city tour" is a drive by on the way to or back from the Gold Dredge.
