Any thoughts on Costco Travel insurance for a cruise booked through them?

Looks like Costco changed over to Zurich recently, but I really know nothing about them. Pricing and coverage seems reasonable, including 50% CFAR coverage. I already have GeoBlue and Medjet Horizon so I'm not too concerned about medical or evacuation coverage. Anyone have any other info? Thanks.
