Transportation other than the Water Taxi to Klein

I was wondering if there are private/charter boats that will also transport people to Klein.  We are arriving to Bonaire at noon and I would prefer to be able to get to Klein before 2:30 (the 12:00 departure is too early and the 2:00 departure doesn't leave much time to enjoy the island).  I was hoping I could go over closer to 1:00 (depending how early I can disembark and walk to the location needed).  Thank you for any information!
