I am not convinced this is the case for our cruise, I receive the email weekly from gov.com and check the places we are travelling to, non of which now asks for covid testing to enter. P&O give no reason for requiring testing up to 2 days before hand plus they have dropped testing for Caribbean fly cruises. I have not located any data where the Caribbean asks for cruise pax to be tested albeit I accept there may be some, but I would have thought P&O would want to use that as justification.

At some point, hopefully very soon, the WHO need to declare an end to the covid pandemic.

I would settle for consistency across cruise lines, and even if WHO do declare an end will P&O abide by the decision as they seem to make some of it up as they go, I am wondering if Neil Ferguson is advising them?

The government regulations do not apply to cruises.  They are special rules, hence all the crap in the past.
