I guess I am just too used to the Galveston parking prices over the last 20 years. Started out in the low $40s, then the low $50s in about 2010, and then in the $60s a few years ago. I think I paid $64 for my two 7-day trips earlier this year (but looks to be somewhat more for my upcoming cruise). Looks like there is just not any competition yet at that end of the strand (and I am curious what Royal is charging for drop-offs from the independant parking places).
