Lunch Buffet on Escape

Lunch - are there  specialty food stations available like tacos, sandwiches or wok?

Not exactly stations since the buffet is essentially one long line, but there are sections with different themes.  I don't know if you would find tacos every day, but I'm sure there would be sandwiches and some sort of stir fry options.

Yes, there are different stations. Asian foods, Indian foods (which is technically Asian) salads, grill, pizza. Sometimes they cook pastas, oriental noodle soup, and make salads to order. There will be a carver station with the special of the day. On our last cruise, they were making tacos, but that was more of a special than regular.
