Drumrun Posted March 5, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2006 We are going on the Norwegian Dream April 8th out of Houston. Anyone have any tips, do and don't for this cruise? Also we have two 13 year olds and an 11 yr.old. Has anyone cruised with young teens before? Tell me it isn't true that kids need to buy their soft drinks. Thanks for your answers
KeystoneCruiser Posted March 6, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 6, 2006 Yes, kids have to purchase their own soft drinks. The only free drinks on board are Iced Tea, Coffee, Hot Tea and Lemonaide. You can either take your own pop on board with you or you can purchase a soda band (about $6.00 a day per person) for unlimited soda's. Your 13 year old will be in the Teen Club and your 11 year old will be in the Kid's Club 10-12 age grouping. They will not be together. NCL is very strict on age requirements in the Kids programs. If you have any more specific questions ask away.
hotspur Posted March 6, 2006 #3 Share Posted March 6, 2006 There have been several threads within the past 7-10 days answering questions about the Dream. Rather than making everyone repeat themselves one more time on yet another thread, you should do a search and look for the existing threads on this subject.
