Last time we were there (about three years ago), BCN did have free wifi, but it was rather flaky.  I wouldn't want to count on it for doing one of the video-supervised rapid tests, but it should be ok for getting your results from a prior test.

Yes that was 3 yearsago  much improved  I am there alot and its good now .
