Announced yesterday, as of November 14th no one needs to be vaccinated or needs to test before boarding. Does this mean it is no longer required to give safe passage your vaccination record?

Hopefully this is the case. I will be checking in online for our December 5th sailing on the Dream this Saturday and will find out then. Even with my wife and I being vaccinated and boosted, I think it's the right decision by DCL.
