Is Princess Live Chat only available to North Americans

In Australia  I have tried at all times of the day and night to be told there is no one available   I used PST times  but still no luck

I've used Princess live chat in New Zealand a few times, it appears to be open the same hours as the Australian Call Centre, only Monday to Friday.

I called using Whats App and other WiFi apps from Australia.  Was able to connect with the chat feature.

It almost always was of little or no help.

I cannot ever seem to be on line when Chat is available    Whats App may be a way  have you a tel no for this please

I am registered with princess via my dad's address.  But, it worked for me here in China... but, I think my VPN was on.

In Australia it’s open Monday to Friday, from 9am onwards (not sure of closing time)

We use a contact in LA /Santa Clara but on our local time. Just ring the Australian 1800 number
