First time FCC question.

So, I reached out to my TA a few months ago when I saw the final price had dropped by a significant amount. This was a first time for me. I received an email telling me I’d get this credit in the form of a FCC and it would be in my latitude account after the cruise ended. 
 

I might be an idiot. Where is it? How do I locate it? I’ve been credited for this cruise in my account, but don’t see anything about funds.

When you log in to NCL..click at top on your initials..go to my account...scroll down...you will see credits..it will be there along with any cruisenext certificates (if you bought any)..it actually shows FCC amount and expiration dates.

You won't be able to see it but NCL and your TA should be able to see it. Keep a copy of that email with the amounts just in case they have trouble locating your FCC when you are ready to use it. It must be used w/i one year of the date of the cruise you 'earned" it on.

Yep, what Peg013 said -- you won't see it, but NCL and your TA can see it.  I don't know why, but that's how it is.

Does anyone know if FCC is transferable? If we can't use it within the year, can we transfer it to someone else like you can with a CruiseNext certificate?
