--Oasisoftheseas-- Posted November 10, 2022 #1 Share Posted November 10, 2022 Is it possible to upgrade an OV cabin to a JS on Royal Upgrade if the OV was comped from the casino? I guess no double C&A points on that possible upgrade?

However, regardless of it being comp'd or paid for, you will get the points for the cabin type that you originally booked in, not where you ended up if upgraded through Royal Up. Hope that helps. So they work like non-comp rooms. That has not been true for at least quite a few years, and has been in house with Royal Caribbean. It does, thank you very much 🙂 Will try to upgrade directly by Club Royale when booking instead of going for Royal up.

Tried to get a shareholder benefit for a comped upcoming cruise and was nicely & friendly denied.😆
