The simple answer is "No". If you try, they'll simply pull them from your luggage and hold it until the end of the cruise. You can always request an iron and ironing board from housekeeping.

Your steward will have steamed whatever you ask.  Or there’s the clothes line behind the shower curtain and some swell, steaming hot water.

It is a prohibited item. If it is your checked luggage, your bags will be confiscated and taken to the "naughty room". When you bag does not show up at your room, you'll spend [a lot] of time waiting in line to get your bag searched by ships' security.

I always bring my hair straightener since not all wrinkles come out using the steam from your shower.
