IJustWantToGo36 Posted November 12, 2022 #1 Share Posted November 12, 2022 Have a conflict with my TA. The offer was clearly stated include crew appreciation , but is not on the paperwork . TA said he would fix it , then said he made a mistake and is not included. I told him that was NOT the contract. contract He said he would get the prepaid into the reservation and have not heard back . When on HAL website prepaid section, the checkbox to choose prepaid gratuities is not clickable or Does this mean that the gratuities are now taking care of? Thank you for this information. On my paperwork it has crew appreciation included. But not on my booking . Best way for positive resolution call ( wait on hold for hours ) or email ?.
