Oceania's Nov 2007 Itin, when does it come out?

I'm not new to cruising but new to Oceania. I book way ahead for all my cruises and I'm interested in the 26-night Regatta Epic Caribbean/Amazon cruise for late 2007 (it sails in November).

 

Can someone tell me when their November 2007 calendar would come out?

The calender should be out between mid April and the beginning of May.
