Group Dining Specialty Restaurants

We are 5 couples and were able to tie our booking numbers and make dining reservations for each night in the dining room to sit together..We were also able to  prepay and tie everything together for the Crown Grill afraid we would possibly get shut out if we waited to board.My question is we(5 couples) still have plenty of OBC and would like to use it for the other  specialty restaurants.What do you suggest is the best way to do it once onboard so each couple is able to use their own OBC but sit together? Thank you for oyur suggestions.
