Shore Excursion cancellation fees

In the Tour terms it shows "The cancellation policy for EXC Overland Adventures and Overnight Tours is as follows (unless noted otherwise in the tour description): 30 – 60 days before tour date: 25%; 14-29 days before tour date: 50%; Within 14 days of tour: Non-Refundable. The 100% cancellation fee will apply here, as it does for Signature Collection tours, since transportation and services will have already been arranged with the appropriate tour operator."

 

Are there specific EXC Overland Adventures?  or does that mean all tours are now non-refundable within 14 days?

 

I was looking at a snorkel tour in Phuket but still researching other options ...

Typical shore excursions will have their cancellation listed in the description and are usually 100% refundable up to 48 prior to the excursion.   EXC tours are before and after cruise tours, additionally some cruises have overnight tours such as Iguazu Falls.   Regardless tours that happen while already sailing will have clearly written cancellation policy in the tour description.
