Must See In Town?

We have a morning trip to swim with turtles booked.
In the afternoon we plan on making the short walk to town and over the bridge. We've been before and just wandered through town.
This time would like to be more specific with our visit.
Can anyone suggest the "must see" or "must tour" spots?
(aside from Queen Emma's bridge that delighted the kids to get caught on when it opened... LOL)
