NCL Star Ireland May 21-31 port question

Booked the Star for its May 21 sailing.   In the itinerary it lists 2 days in Dublin.   While an overnight stay is not uncommon it lists the first  day as 7am-9pm and the next day as 7am-7pm.  Do they really leave port, go sail around and redock the next morning?   Seems very odd.

There are two different locations in Dublin. One, Dun Laoghaire, is a tender port. Do you know if that’s where you are using? If so then there may be some restrictions on when they can run the tenders.

Thank you.  It doesn't say it is a tender but it is listed as Dun Laoghaire so that must be what it is.  Tenders must only run till 9pm...
