Updated NCL Bar Menus/Prices Posted

Hi Kids -

 

I've scanned a few more bar menus - I've added the Saloon (Beers & Ales) Menu and the Caffe (Coffee & Liquer) Menu.

 

On the Dawn, I'll grab the Water and Wine Menus and finish up the set.

They look very much like the menus on the SPIRIT except I dont believe there were "Hawaiian Specialties"... other than that, even the daily specials look very close if not identical.

I guess they use some of them fleetwide, the water and coffee menus were the same on PoAm and the Star.....

I have the NCL Bar Menu - just did a quick compare to the NCLA Menu posted.

 

They are not the same in content or price.

 

Cocktail Classics on NCLA 5.95 on NCL 5.50

 

First Wave NCLA 5.25 on NCL 4.25

 

Grey Goose 8.00 NCLA on NCL 7.00

 

In general the price per drink seems to run $.50 to $1.00 more on NCLA which would make sense since they do not have the ability to use duty free spirits.

I really meant to ask for a bar menu from the Spirit before we left Sunday, but unfortunately forgot.

 

I do remember 2 of the best values:

Foster's "1 liter Oil cans" for $6.50 +15% tip

Johnny Walker Blue for $12 +15% tip

 

I found the house (ask for it!) gin and vodka, Gibleys, to be excellent.

Also the drinks in Maharini's Nightclub were noticeably smaller & weaker, than those in the Galaxy of Stars.

I'll make sure to grab another regular Bar Menu from the Dawn and scan that too, so we'll have a full set of everything.

 

I wonder if this means we'll have to back to Pride of America and re-check all the menus :D:D
