Accessing My Booking On Line

Help!  Hope you have been more successful than me in accessing your booking on line.  I have tried since Sunday and eventually I get a message that Princess is experiencing technical difficulties.  That's a long time without fixing the problem.  We leave in a few weeks time and I want to print out docs, luggage tags, etc, and book some dining reservations

 

Is it my terrible internet or is it Princess?

 

Suggestions?

I called Princess.   They sorted it out.  Cruise is in 2 weeks.  Still unable to book restaurants, no docs needed to print out.  Princess emailed me a confirmation and said take that to the pier.  Luggage tags and medallion are far less stress to pick up.at the pier.

Just give Princess a call.  They entered everything while I was on the call .

I am having the same issue. If it doesn't resolve itself soon, I will be calling them next weekend.

I have the same error most of the times when I use Chrome.   When I use Safari I don't get the same message.    I use a Mac and that's what's worked for me.     Also, try closing your browser and getting back in, that sometimes helps too.
