I did make royalup offers but have no emails from them about getting an upgrade just a change of booking email with a new room number to a suite upgrade, is this royalup or have I just got lucky? and if so what happens to my royal up bids? this is for navigator on 23rd dec

The rest get cancelled if you won - look for a charge to your credit card.

They same happen to me. The Royal up email came 2 days after I got my upgrade. I checked my credit card, it showed there.

Here is a link to the RoyalUp sign in page.  Just sign in and see what it says.  If you won, a bid will say something like upgrade granted while other bids are canceled.  If it was a free upgrade, you will want to cancel bids so you don’t pay for something you already got for free (or worse pay for a downgrade)
