spirit rev Posted March 8, 2006 #8 Share Posted March 8, 2006 I also had to try to contact the shore excursion desk before our Dec. 2005 cruise and was kept on hold for over an hour one time. (I can be very stubborn) We had booked our excursions on line, but did not receive any confirmation. I was told I could cut the wait by calling just after 9 AM EST--when they open.
