WOW, I guess their Shore Excursions are popular.

 

Bravo for holding. You could of course locate, select and book your shore excursions without having to phone.

Booked online but I never recieved the confirmation email. So I called direct to make sure all was well. I guess Mondays and Tuesdays are the worst days to call due to the fact that their closed on weekends.

I give you credit for staying on hold for nearly 40 minutes, I booked my excursions online and recieved conformations back within 24 hours, went smoothly maybe I was just lucky. O guess I'll find out once I arrive ath port for excursions.:)

Did you check you junk mail box?

 

The spam filters sometimes put stuff NCL in that box.

It happens to my e-mail and not my wife's . We have it all sent to her now.

I also had to try to contact the shore excursion desk before our Dec. 2005 cruise and was kept on hold for over an hour one time. (I can be very stubborn) We had booked our excursions on line, but did not receive any confirmation.

 

I was told I could cut the wait by calling just after 9 AM EST--when they open. Sure enough the wait was less than 10 minutes. Plus, we received an e-mail confirm of our shore excursions right then.

Click your selection of destination (eg. Caribbean) and then click your itinerary. NOTE: One list is the prices and order form, the other list is the descriptions! ;)
