Gift Card for Medallion Net

I tried to use a gift card to purchase Medallion Net on the app but it only allows me to use a credit card. Does anyone know how to use a gift card on the app or will I have to call Princess?Thanks in advance!

You can’t use it on the App and currently people are having issues using them prior to being on board.

If you call please report back your experience. I haven’t had issues using GC on “extras” before boarding but I’m reading about current issues.

True, it isn't an option.  Why not save the gift card to pay off balance of voyage owing?  (Or, are you already fully paid)?  Another option is to take the card onto the ship and present at Guest Services for OBC.

Thanks for the replies.  We are already paid in full and I'm trying to purchase the Medallion Net now before the price goes up next week.  I think I'll try calling just in case they will let me use the gift card over the phone.  If not, I'll just take it on board.  We'll be on a 29 day cruise, so I'm sure it will be used up, especially if I don't stay away from the casino!
