Opinion of Family Suite w/balcony vs. Foreward Facing Balcony ?

We were in a family suite many years ago when they first came out.  We tried the one without the balcony.  I didn't think I'd miss one, but I did.

I've been looking for youtubes of the family balconies and the forward facing suites and I've found that NCL really likes to change their designation.  The letters keep changing.

Thanks for getting back to me.🙂

Anyone else have any experience in the forward facing suites on Dawn?

And about the  "family" suite with balcony.  Do a lot of families book them?  There's just two of us and don't want to be surrounded by a lot of boisterous people.

We upgraded to a forward facing suite once on the Pearl.  Two things we didn’t like. One, the theater was two decks down and we heard them practicing during the day and during shows. It was pretty loud. Not sure if that’s an issue on the Dawn. Second, it was pretty rough when the seas were churned up. I wouldn’t pick that location again.
We also did the suite without the balcony once. I really missed the balcony.
We have done two bedrooms several times. That would be my first choice of those three on the Dawn.

I finally found a you tube of 9500, which is the only SF available that's not connecting, and the view of the balcony is of the crew pool (or hot tub).

I seem to recall reading somewhere that that was a problem.  So the you tube made up my mind.

Thanks again to the two people (only) who took the time to help me.
