Sushi on the Majesty?

I will be on Norwegian Majesty in December with three serious sushi eaters, so this question is for them.

 

Does the Majesty have sushi available, and if so, where is it served, and is there an additional cost for it? Thanks!!

Would like to know this as well. Unfortunately, I need a slightly quicker response. Sailing in less than five days! :eek: :D

Things can change at any time, and probably do, but for what it's worth we found Sushi on the Majesty during each of our last three cruises on her. It was available several different afternoons in a little buffet set up at the Rendezvous Lounge, Deck 5 Forward. No charge, and reasonably good offerings, too! :D

 

I'm sure some folks who've sailed more recently can confirm if this still occurs.

Last spring, they had it a few afternoons at Le Bistro. There was an additional charge, which I believe was $10.

Just curious... did you just happen to be wondering around and find this Sushi buffet or is it posted somewhere like in the freestyle daily? I know I'll forget to look in the Rendezvous Lounge and will be mad at myself if I miss Sushi:eek:

Every afternoon (perhaps around 4:00 PM or so) there were special treats in the Rendezvous - and each day's theme was posted in the Freestyle Daily. I probably have some old ones in my scrapbook, but as I recall there were days where they had Tapas, other days were Wine and Cheese, and still others were Sushi. I'm not big on sushi myself (can't stand anything with seaweed!) but everyone else in our party was delighted with the offerings! My favorites were the Tapas - mmmmmmmmmm! :D

Just got back from the Majesty a few weeks ago (11-18 Feb) and they had all you can eat sushi in the Le Bistro one afternoon and it was advertised in the Daily. If I remember correctly, it was $10. I heard they had it on some of the afternoon snack also but can not confirm that.

Thanks for the answers. I'll look forward to the $10 all you can eat sushi at the Bistro and the Rendezvous snacks as well as looking for the sushi topside. I guess I'll have to work these into my eating schedule, LOL! :D
