Choosing dining room each night on Edge?

We are booked on the Edge with Select Anytime dining.  Is it a must that we reserve which of the four main dining rooms we want to eat dinner at each night prior to the cruise , or can we just show up at which ever one of the four we want each evening?  Thanks
