Embarkation Process - How long is it taking?

Did the first cruise out of Brisbane 1/11 and embarkation was a first class debacle.

 

Recently did 7-14 Dec out of Sydney aboard Ovation and it was a complete shamble as well, worse than Brisbane.

 

On the morning of sailing a text message was sent out asking guests to come to the terminal an hour later such was extent of the delay.

 

Problems will always happen but these would’ve been expected.

 

In Brisbane 2 staff only checking vaccination status and PCR/RAT compliance.

 

With the amount of guests to cruise blind Freddy could’ve that 2 staff were never going to get people on in a timely manner.

 

Surely someone could work that out mathematically, but know, didn’t happen.

 

Be great to hear others experience as more cruises take off.
