Dive Shop Recommendations for our Transpacific Cruise

We just booked a TP cruise from Sydney to Honolulu on Celebrity Solstice.  The ship will be calling on 

1. Lifou, New Caledonia

2. Mystery Island, Vanuatu

3. Lautoka, Fiji

4. Suva, Fiji

5. Apia, Samoa

6. Pago Pago, American Samoa

7. Lahaina, Maui

 

I am looking to independently book dives at the above stops and would appreciate any recommendations.  I have determined that there are no dive outfitters on Mystery Island as it is basically uninhabited.  I am looking at Maui Divers when we stop at Lahaina.
