danysmom Posted March 7, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 7, 2006 My sis in law and I sailed on the Victory in 01. Carnival says they don't have a record of us as previous cruisers. Why would that be. Is there something that we need to do to be recognized as past cruisers? Thanks,:) Cheryl
CaliforniaDreamin Posted March 7, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 7, 2006 Copy any documents you have from that cruise and send to them. They may also accept a picture of you on the ship.
RevSmith Posted March 7, 2006 #3 Share Posted March 7, 2006 Also when you get on the cruise speak to the cruise representative if you have not had satisfaction elsewhere. (You have to be over 18 to get cruise credit)
Cricket63 Posted March 7, 2006 #4 Share Posted March 7, 2006 Did they try looking up your zip code or city you lived in at the time of sailing(Victory 01)? Found others that way.

Cotton Posted March 8, 2006 #6 Share Posted March 8, 2006 Cheryl - Was your Victory 2001 cruise booked under the same name as you are booking now? Also, do you have an old copy of the "Currents" magazine? It should have your past guest number just above your name on the address label. Do you happen to have your S&S card from that other cruise? Maybe in a scrapbook? Or anything from the previous cruise that you could copy and send them?...like your S&S statement?
TrustNoOneKMC Posted March 10, 2006 #7 Share Posted March 10, 2006 If you register with the Carnival website, you can access your past guest number by entering the phone number you used at the time of that sailing, along with your other info. I sailed with Carnival in 2000, and when I called to get my past guest number, the agent was unable to give it to me, but told me to try online. This worked and I had my number in minutes.
