Castaway Cowgirl Posted December 29, 2022 #1 Share Posted December 29, 2022 We have cruise credits but I have to call carnival to use them (I think). Can I book our cruise and then get carnival to add the credits later? Or do they have to be applied at time of booking?
vwrestler171 Posted December 29, 2022 #2 Share Posted December 29, 2022 Book and then call and have them added. Their used to be a form you could fill out online and have the FCCs applied to the cruise after you booked.
stillions Posted December 29, 2022 #3 Share Posted December 29, 2022 We had OBC that we were able to use when booking excursions and specialty dining reservations on the Carnival website. All of the rules read that they couldn't be used until we were actually onboard, but the website let us use them months ago. We sail in 9 days so fingers crossed. dallasdan Posted December 29, 2022 #4 Share Posted December 29, 2022 Book the cruise on a courtesy hold. This way you can pick the exact room you want. They will hold the booking for 72 hours. Once booked, then call Carnival and ask them to apply the credits.
