Sauna and Steam Room on Miracle

Quick question - is there a complimentary sauna and steam room on Miracle?  And if so, are there showers that I can use so I don’t have return to my cabin looking like a wet, hot mess?

Miracle has 4 private showers in both the ladies and men's locker rooms with a small changing bench and a shower with both waterfall and 3 adjustable spray nozzles located on the walls of the shower. This is by far the best shower on Carnival that is included in the cost of your cruise fare.
