Can't book anything online - cart empty

I have made some dining reservations for our upcoming cruise and it all worked fine. But when I tried yesterday and also today to do some additional bookings it just doesn't work. I can select restaurant, date and time and add it to cart. And I see a number on the cart, indicating that there is something in it. But when I go to cart it is empty. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

You can only reserve each speciality restaurant once through the NCL app. If and when you want to reserve the same restaurant twice (for example Le Bistro) for your cruise the second reservation must be booked via calling or chatting with NCL. If you try to reserve the same restaurant twice through the app it does exactly what you are experiencing op. You can start to book it but your cart will remain empty. 
 

Chatting with NCL was quick and easy for me. They made the additional reservations for me in no time.
