designerjoan Posted March 7, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 7, 2006 I wonder could someone help me with a question. We are cruising On the N.O.S in April 2006. Although only semi disabled I do have extreme difficulties with the toilet, in the fact that it is far too low. My back is at its worst in the morning and I wondered if I can book a toilet riser seat or is there a grab rail in the bathroom. We are booked into an ordinary balcony cabin. Thanks for any help coming my way.
Texalana Posted March 7, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 7, 2006 Yes, you can request a riser for the toilet. Just have your travel agent contact the special needs department to request it. If by some chance it is not in your cabin when you board, just let guest relations know and they will bring it to you. I know this because my mom has requests one every time she sails and sometimes they are in the cabin and sometimes we have to call and remind them. It should be no problem, though. :) Texalana
