New Zealand Visa App

Does anybody here know what is going on with the App for the New Zealand Visa? Whenever I try to open it I either get "Network busy" or "Unexpected error, try again later". I have contacted the apps developer but have not heard back from anyone yet. I figured I would try here and see if anyone else was having the same trouble.

I get the same message. I will give it a couple of days and try again later and meanwhile I will see if there is a way to do it at a website without using the app
