Where do you find the price of the ship's excursions?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but the carnival site does not appear to give the prices. Am I missing something?

And also is almost every excursion off the ship bookable on shore without going through the ship?

I can't help you with prices but most tours can be booked on your own and are usually cheaper. Do a search on the ports of call boards for anything you may be interested in. Also, most ports and tourist places have taxis lined up so it is usually easy to go to a beach.
